Personal bio
Nader Emile is a legally qualified civil engineer with more than 22 years of construction and engineering industry experience. He has twice been appointed as testifying expert witness in matters of project delay. Nader provides arbitration support, forensic delay analysis and planning advice for a wide range of projects across the Middle East and North Africa. He has been both party and tribunal appointed as a delay expert and has provided oral testimony in formal proceedings, as well as preparing expert reports. Nader holds qualifications in construction engineering, project management, business administration, construction law and arbitration and contracts and claims. He is fluent in Arabic, English and French and is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers. Nader also delivers training and lectures regarding planning and scheduling techniques, the preparation of complex extension of time (EOT) claims and different delay analysis methodologies. He is also an Accredited Expert Witness with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has obtained his certificate in Independent Expert Determination. Nader is named in Who’s Who Legal: Construction: Consulting Experts - 2022.
