Complex Commercial Transactions Legal, Arbitration and Mediation Subject Area Experience: Lisa is a corporate and complex commercial transactions attorney with nearly 40 years of experience representing public, private and governmental entities in various sophisticated commercial transactions, involving infrastructure and project development, construction, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, international joint ventures, ethics, manufacturing and purchasing, licensing and intellectual property, franchising, public and corporate finance, commercial transactions, real estate and land use, corporate, energy, maritime, non-profit agencies, and public agencies. Having represented parties on all sides of complex transactions, Lisa uses her experience as a commercial transactions attorney to provide perspective and inform her decision making as an arbitrator and her conciliatory efforts as a mediator. Arbitration Experience: Lisa has served as a panel member or sole arbitrator in over 25 complex domestic and international commercial arbitrations. She has also participated in over 100 mediations as a party representative and in numerous mediations as a mediator. Lisa has served in ADR matters involving mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, private placements, collateralized repurchases, investment banking, real estate and development, joint ventures, consulting, breach of contracts, legal malpractice, international franchise, securities transactions, foreign investments in U.S. based business, broker-dealers, baseball arbitration, attorney malpractice, and business finance transactions.
