He graduated with honours in civil engineering, placing seventeenth among his peers in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, followed by earning a master’s degree in law with merit and an advanced professional award in expert witnessing. He is a certified engineer in Qatar, Jordan, and the Sultanate of Oman, and registered in the panel of arbitrators in various international arbitration centres.
