Over 28 years’ experience of construction working in both contracting and consulting environments he has a broad understanding of design, procurement, construction and maintenance practices. Expert Witness Experience Provision of Expert Witness Services to a range of tribunal settings including; High Court Arbitration Adjudication Mediation The nature of projects covered includes residential retail, healthcare, education and industrial. The range of services provided has included reviewing pleadings, scrutiny of discovery documentation, interrogation of opposing Quantum Expert Reports, preparation and presentation of client Quantum Expert Reports, management of Expert Meeting and provision of minutes and attendance at the tribunal.
