With over 20 year’s experience, Raja specialises in preparing and defending time-related claims, including providing expert witness support and direct support to lawyers in arbitration, mediation and adjudication. Though Raja started his early years with construction planning his true love is dispute resolution, in ascertaining the facts of delay and demonstrating cause and effect in relation to the preparation and/or defence of extension of time claims using a variety of critical path methods of delay analysis. Raja has drawn upon his management and scheduling experience to present and defend claims in the international construction market for clients, including main contractors, sub-contractors and employer organisations Raja’s expertise has allowed him to travel the world and work on many significant projects, which provides our clients with the confidence with the knowledge base he has on various constructions developments.
