Personal bio
Carl is a legally qualified quantity surveyor and an accredited civil commercial mediator with over 20 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries. Carl has worked on a range of projects for a variety of clients providing support on both non-contentious and contentious issues, drawing on skills in adjudication, arbitration and litigation, as well as, preparing and defending claims. Carl is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and has an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence.
