Specializing in Commercial and Civil litigation, Syafiq has a strong focus on Building, Construction, and Infrastructure matters. He regularly advises contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and building owners, offering tailored guidance on dispute resolution strategies. His extensive experience spans Mediation, Adjudication, Arbitration, and Litigation, enabling him to effectively navigate a wide array of challenges in the construction industry.
Syafiq has also acted as Counsel in high-stakes Institutional Arbitrations under the SIAC, ICC, and SCMA rules, as well as in ad-hoc arbitrations, demonstrating his adaptability and expertise in managing disputes on both domestic and international fronts.
