15+ years of experience in Public Procurement Contracts, especially in the area of concessions. I am currently developing my doctoral thesis at the UNED in Madrid, Spain on public-private collaboration from a development perspective. I have had the opportunity to represent the country of Republic of Panama at the negotiating table of International Trade Agreements. I am an certified mediator and conciliator.
