She is a non-practicing solicitor with considerable experience of catastrophic injury cases. She spent most of her legal career with leading law firm Irwin Mitchell where she specialised in brain & spinal cord cases of the utmost severity & complexity. Having seen how protracted and emotionally costly litigation can be, Tessa is passionate about the mediation process as an alternative. Given her background, she is perfectly placed to mediate the toughest dispute being able to cut through key issues of risk and cost, both financial and emotional, for the participants. She is able to fully utilise her experience to mediate any type of dispute.
