Richard McConn is based in the Middle East and is a Fellow of the CIArb and RICS with more than thirty-eight years extensive contractual and commercial experience across financial, construction, engineering, infrastructure, airport, transport, defence, hospitality, leisure, retail, residential, manufacturing and their project dispute resolution. Richard always works proactively for clients on their projects and in litigation, arbitration, mediation appointments. He has facilitated amicable settlements in complex disputes throughout the UK, Europe and Middle East. His wide experience has provided him with an issues awareness that allows him to bring common sense to chaotic environments.
