I am an experienced professional in large-scale infrastructure delivery with a global background in the infrastructure sector. Currently, I am contributing my expertise at Jacobs in Toronto, actively involved in the Line 5 Eglinton light rail project. In this role, I specialize in contract negotiation, construction law, and dispute resolution. Throughout my career, I have held key positions such as Senior Forensic Consultant at Revay and Associates and Contracts Director at Aecon Industrial. These roles involved managing complex commercial and claims aspects, including delay analysis and settlement agreements. I also provided valuable commercial support to Rolls-Royce on Asia Pacific projects. My career started with Turner & Townsend in the UK and APAC (Singapore) and Kerrigan Sheanon Newman in Dublin, where I focused on construction disputes, arbitrations, and transit infrastructure cost management. My academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Construction Law and Arbitration (LL.M) and a Bachelor's degree (BSc Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Industrial Studies.
