Jonathan T.K. Cohen is an experienced and effective attorney, arbitrator and mediator in the area of complex commercial transactions, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution, including disputes involving commercial, real estate, financial and professional services, construction, and other business-related contractual disputes. Since 2005 Jonathan has served as a mediator of about 120 business disputes and as a sole, panel member, and panel chair arbitrator in connection with about 55 disputes, with most arbitration appointments occurring through service on the commercial and construction panels of the American Arbitration Association.
