Personal bio
I have been an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association for over 30 years serving as a panel member, panel chair, and sole arbitrator on over 300 matters many of them lengthy with large amounts in dispute. I have also served as a mediator in well over 200 matters for the AAA, the NYS and Federal Courts, other ADR organizations, as well as private parties.
