Personal bio
Grainne is a chartered civil engineer with over 20 years experience of all aspects of construction project management including project controls and commercial management. Grainne has extensive experience of UK construction projects ranging from highly regulated infrastructure projects to commercial and residential building projects. As a director of DAPS Project Management, Grainne supports clients in dispute avoidance and also acts as expert witness for delays.
