Cristina Wagner Mastrobuono is a lawyer and arbitrator currently working in her own office, CM Adv. Acts as arbitrator in proceedings under ICC, CAM-CCBC, CAMB3, CIES-FIESP and AMCHAM rules, and as chair of a Dispute Adjudication Board of the Concession of Lines 8 and 9 in the metro-rail sector of São Paulo.
She has great experience in governmental infrastructure contracts in the concession and PPP model. Her arbitrations are related to highway and metro concession contracts, construction of energy transmission lines, supply of power generators, and also in the corporate area, amongst others. She is currently the chair of Ciarb Brazil Branch.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and German, and good knowledge in Spanish.
