I act as counsel in international and domestic arbitrations, both institutional and ad hoc. I draft and advise on arbitration clauses, including on the choice of seat and institution. I have over 20 years' experience as a barrister practising before courts and administrative tribunals in Canada, in commercial disputes as well as competition law and other regulatory matters.
