Ms. Khushnuma Khan has been a practising lawyer since 26 years. She has worked with many prestigious law firms. She is the first generation lawyer/Solicitor in her family. Often referred to as a ‘seasoned arbitrator and strategic litigator’. She has been an A Grade student. Qualified B.Com Graduate from K.C. College in Accounts and Business Management. Further graduated as a Bachelor of Law from K.C. Law College. In 1993 she qualified as practising lawyer from Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa. In the year 2005 admitted as a Solicitor on the roles of Bombay Incorporated Law Society, Bombay High Court. In the year 2019 she became a member of Chartered Arbitrator from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London. She has also qualified as an Certified/Accredited Arbitrator from IIAM in June 2021 and life member Arbitrator with Indian Council of Arbitrators and also appointed as an Arbitrator and Mediator at Geneva International Dispute Resolution Institute. She represents and advises high profile clients corporate or individuals on various deals, transactions and/or arbitration or litigation.
