Personal bio
Leslie is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and an internationally recognized construction quantum expert, with more than 35 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry. He has held several senior commercial management appointments in major contracting organisations and contract advisory consultancies in the UK, France and Singapore. He is regularly appointed as an independent construction quantum expert on complex and high-value disputes and having been instructed in arbitration or litigation on more than 30+ occasions, Leslie has testified in a number of forums and jurisdictions including the UK, Singapore, USA, South Africa, Dubai and the Republic of South Korea. Leslie has spent most of his working life in the APAC region and is a permanent resident of Singapore.
