Claire’s expertise has been gained from having worked for both contractor and consulting organisations. She has worked on a wide range of national and international projects including oil and gas, power and processing plants, nuclear developments, offshore, rail, aviation, highways, temporary works schemes, retail and commercial redevelopments and refurbishment schemes. With specific regard to programming and delay analysis, Claire’s experience includes the development and analysis of bid and tender programmes, preparing and implementing master programmes, comprehensive programme monitoring including the evaluation of progress, impacting of delaying events, coordination of subcontractor work packages and preparing delay analyses. This combination of skills forms a sound basis for her role as a delay and programming expert. Claire has prepared numerous expert reports and given oral evidence as an expert witness on matters of construction delay, she is known for her practical and balanced approach to her analyses and attention to detail.
