Personal bio
I have 15 years’ experience in legal private practice and in-house/consultancy. I specialise in Construction Law, Energy, and Public Procurement. I am an International Arbitrator and Member/Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (MSIArb), the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators (FHKIArb), the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (FAIADR), and Prime Dispute (FPD). And I am a Member of the European Commission High Level Construction Forum and Board Ambassador for EU BUILD_UP, the reference portal for energy efficiency in buildings. I am also an MSc. (c) at King’s College London researching Construction Law and International Dispute Resolution (2023-2025); a Research Fellow at the European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights (EIPRHR) (2023); a Research Scholar at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) (2023); and the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators (WCA) Travelling Scholar to Singapore (2024).
