Arbitrator and mediator with Bay Street Chambers (Toronto). Member of the hearing panel of the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). Over 40 years of dispute resolution experience as a trial, arbitration and appellate counsel. Retired as a Senior Partner of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP in January 2018. Appeared as counsel at all levels of courts in Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada and before various regulatory boards and tribunal.
