Personal bio
I qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in the late eighties and have been working and living in the Caribbean since 1990. My core skills are cost management, project procurement and project monitoring, but I have advised on a number of legal disputes and have have acted as sole arbitrator on two occasions.
