Nadia Beckett (B.A.) (MCIArb) has been a solicitor in Kent for over 25 years and a qualified mediator since 1997. Nadia established Beckett Solicitors in 2008 after retiring as a founding partner and head of litigation for James & Beckett Solicitors which she established in 1998. Nadia has been a practicing Family Law Arbitrator specialising in financial and children arbitrations since 2017. She is the Chair of the Forum of Family Law Arbitrators and is a member of the IFLA Executive Committee.
