Antonio M. Varvaro is an Italian Lawyer (since 1990), Mediator (since 2011) and Chartered Arbitrator (since 2010) with over 30 years of experience, providing Legal advice and assistance to a variety of clients on a wide range of projects and litigation/arbitration cases. He has extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial law, as well as in commercial litigation and arbitration, and has been employed as advisor by Governmental organizations and Ministries both in Italy and abroad. He has extensive experience in contract drafting on major commercial projects as well as on JV projects. In 2008 the Italian Government selected Antonio as one of the main experts in the field of Intellectual property in the UAE. Antonio has been granted in Italy right of audience before the Supreme Court of Cassation and in Dubai before the DIFC Courts. He has played the role of arbitrator and party's counsel in arbitration cases before many arbitral institutions operating in the UAE (ICC, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC, ADCCAD).
