MSc in Civil Engineering with 20 years of professional experience working in the Construction Management field. Main areas of expertise: Underground Works (both drill & blast and TBM excavation) and Hydraulic Structures (dams, hydropower plants) in relation to International Projects. Experience on projects during all construction phases (from site installation up to commissioning). Specialized in Contract Management, Claim Management, Negotiations and Mediations. Involved as Employer’s consultant in Dispute Adjudication Boards since 2010. FIDIC contracts specialist. Listed as DRBF Professional Member. Good proficiency in Italian (mother tongue), English and German. Knowledge of Spanish. Available for Dispute Boards worldwide.
