Overview In the past seven years, I've gained substantial experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), handling various cases across different market domains, including Contracting and Consultancy. This work involved various ADR techniques to resolve disputes in corporate environments. Experience Mediation: I've conducted numerous mediation sessions, especially in commercial and civil disputes. A key case involved a contractual dispute between a Contracting company and a Client under Project Consultancy, focusing on breach of terms, delay penalties, and Prolongation Costs. As the primary mediator, I facilitated communication between parties, leading to a mutually beneficial settlement that saved litigation costs and preserved their business relationship. Arbitration: My experience extends to arbitration, where I've acted as a neutral arbitrator in consumer disputes. In a notable case, I handled a consumer complaint against a Supplier for contract breach under a Supplier Agreement and PPP Contract with the End-User.
