Andrew specialises in defending claims against financial advisers who have been operating systemic misselling. Andrew's role within DWF is to develop clientele in the areas of financial services misselling and surveyors claims whilst assisting younger members of DWF to gain expertise. Key areas of expertise include financial services systemic misselling. He is one of the few lawyers to have experienced the over-valuation claims made against valuers in the 1990s and in more recent times. With an established team, he is well placed to advise quickly and efficiently in these areas, and at the same time, involve himself in key corporate events, such as annual financial services seminars, where speakers have included famous MPs, presenters and journalists. Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, MCIArb and FCIArb. Away from work Andrew is qualified as a bereavement counseller and is a member of the DWF Diversity Group. His hobbies include football (Arsenal), cricket, painting and gardening.
