Personal bio
MBA MAPM MCIArb - FCIOB (Pending 2023) - MRICS (Pending 2024) Working in the construction sector in a management or directorial capacity for over 15 years within the EU and UK. Experienced in the resolution of a swathe of multi directional disputes within this industry - specialising in commercial and contractual obligations between my own clients and subsequently my own sub contractors’ issues. Passionate about construction and contract law and wanting to bring a fresh approach to how organisations understand and enter into contracts at all levels. I have unskilled many members of my own team over the years with a base of understanding of what is required as per the contract terms of each project and in turn have helped resolve all issues in house. Always looking to improve personally and academically to make changes within my organisations and industry, I strive to educate myself in as many areas of the construction industry and executive business management, using this gained expertise to analyse all disputes so they can be resolved with a simple approach to establishing the facts and timelines which lead up to a dispute arising. Having achieved my PMI IPMA Project Management Accreditation I applied and was accepted to be a Member of the Association of Project Management (MAPM), I completed my Masters in Business Administration (MBA), which was followed by my successful endeavour to achieve my MCIArb membership in 2023. I am currently in the process to become an FCIOB Chartered Construction Manager and an RICS Chartered Management Consultant, I aim to continue my professional development through a blend of experience and academia, with the intention to become FCIOB accredited within the next 12-18 months
