Personal bio

Nathan has law degrees from Oxford (MA) and Cambridge (LLM PhD), where he was a scholar. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales by Gray’s Inn, and practised as a barrister from Quadrant Chambers in London. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and a Senior Fellow of the University of Lincoln. Nathan works at the Law Commission of England and Wales, leading on its review of the Arbitration Act, and its review of the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act.
