Personal bio
I have held a number of roles where dispute resolution was one of many of my responsibilities: including serving as a school governor charity trustee and as district/parish councillor. More specifically I sat on a number of complaints panels and I'am very experienced with committee environments. I am eager to gain more professional experience and to formalise this with further qualifications.
