Personal bio
I has over 12 years of experience with property developers, international contractors and consultants in Malaysia, Singapore and Qatar. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in preparing extension of time claims, prolongation cost claims and variation claims. Nicole has also been involved in preparing tender documentation, main contract and subcontract administration, handling procurement and contractual matters and assisting with arbitration proceedings. With a core competency in Quantity Surveying, Nicole also recently obtained a Master of Law in 2016 and now specialises in construction contract dispute resolution.
