Personal bio
Mark Borg is a chartered Quantity Surveyor and Adjudicator. He has 30+ years’ experience in construction. Mark has testified as an expert in quantum, instructed a number of times. Mark has provided written and oral testimony under cross examination; he has experience of providing presentations in front of a Tribunal and has given evidence in witness conferencing forum (hot tubbing). His project experience includes residential, commercial/retail, hotels, schools/universities, MEP, waste to energy plants, power plants, civil, leisure, oil and gas, marine and rail. His international experience includes working in the Middle East, South Africa, Asia, Mainland Europe, and the UK. Mark lived and was based in the Middle East (Dubai) for over two years, working in the region. Mark also acts as a Construction Adjudicator.
