A Civil Engineer with over 7 years experience in administration and interpretation of contracts in the construction industry, tender and contract management / negotiations, claims and change management, dispute avoidance and resolution for the FIDIC based international and local engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) projects such as railroad, highway, port, infrastructure, superstructure, power plant and oil & gas projects located in MENA and Eastern Europe regions.
