Personal bio
Tom is a skilled commercial and construction claims practitioner with over 15 years’ experience in the industry across the UK and the Middle East. He works in dispute resolution and has been instructed by both Claimants and Defendants. Tom achieved a distinction in his master’s degree in Construction Law and Adjudication and successfully completing the RICS Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry. Throughout his career, Tom has worked for both main contractors and consultants, including on major state schemes. With experience on a variety of projects, including in the design and installation of controlled environments, retail fit-out, rail, metro and large-scale construction, he is knowledgeable in several forms of contract, such as JCT, FIDIC and other bespoke forms. I have completed Mr Matt Molloy's adjudication pupillage and I am a member of the UK Adjudicators panel of adjudicators.
