Personal bio
I am an experienced Commercial Lead & Chartered Surveyor with a demonstrable history of successful project and commercial management. Having joined Henry Boot Construction in 1996, I have progressed through the company, holding various commercial and senior leadership roles. I bring a wealth of experience in corporate governance, risk management and contract management. I now hold the position of Commercial Director at Henry Boot Construction, responsible for the Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain & Estimating departments. As a champion for continuous improvement and innovation, I was also responsible for the successful implementation of the digital transformation strategy at Henry Boot. Passionate about nurturing future talent, I still act as an RICS Councillor at Henry Boot and I have supported schools within the region as an Enterprise Advisor. I am also an advocate for the health and wellbeing of construction workers, performing the role of trustee & ambassador for the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity, whilst also chairing their Audit & Governance committee.
