Manohar Samal MCIArb is a Principal Associate at Ratan Samal & Associates, Mumbai specialising in dispute resolution of cases under Goods and Services Tax, Income Tax, Customs, securities laws and commercial arbitration of construction, joint development, banking and technology transfer disputes.
