Personal bio

Christopher is a director at Contract & Construction Consultants (CCC). Acting for both claiming and defending parties, he has experience across a wide range of construction projects, including schools, university buildings, rail projects, aviation projects, hospitals, house building projects, retail and other private projects, and engineering projects. This includes working with international clients on projects in the UK and abroad.

Christopher has extensive experience of acting for a wide range of specialist contractors, and enjoys applying legal principles to the factual circumstances that arise on projects. Using the good practice learnt from his contentious work, Christopher undertakes a wide range of non-contentious work, spanning contract reviews, seminars, advice on preparation of contracts, and providing ongoing commercial assistance on projects from start to end.

Christopher has an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and is a member of the Adjudication Society. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and received the President’s prize 2016 for achieving the highest mark in that year of those sitting the same examination.
