Recently retired as senior counsel with Canada’s largest national law firm, Barry has over 38 years of commercial litigation/arbitration experience and is currently a full-time arbitrator, mediator and investigator with ADR Chambers Inc., Toronto. Barry has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial disputes, including shareholder/partnership issues, director/officer liability, banking, securities, professional liability and contract interpretation issues. He also chairs Hearing Panels for the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada.
