Personal bio
I am a litigator with 21 years of experience. Called to the bar in both Nova Scotia (2000) and Newfoundland & Labrador (2007). I have been a party representative in domestic arbitrations and mediations. For the past ten plus years my practice has been almost exclusively commercial arbitration. My experience ranges from investor-state oil and gas royalty to mega-project construction disputes.
