Particularly deep experience advising entrepreneurs, senior executives, corporate boards, and investors in sophisticated commercial disputes involving contract breaches, fraud and misappropriation, corporate governance, derivative claims, business valuation and dissolution, securities and fiduciary violations, intellectual property infringement, unfair trade practices, and cross-border transactions. Represented claimants and respondents from commencement to award in dozens of arbitrations before various tribunals. Appointed to the Commercial Division Mediator Roster in New York County, serving as court-appointed mediator on numerous complex commercial division matters. Also serve as an Arbitrator on the Roster of the Commercial and Consumer Panels for the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
