Gregory Hunt is an experienced independent mediator and expert in ADR and complex civil and commercial disputes. He has been working in the field for over 27 years and has mediated over 140 disputes in various countries around the world, including the UK, Ireland, the US (New York, Atlanta, Connecticut), Hong Kong and Tunisia. In addition to his extensive experience in the field, Gregory has a broad range of expertise in various sectors, including business and consumer services, banking and finance, civil and commercial contracts, communications, construction, creative and media, employment and workplace, energy, insurance, legal services, leisure, transport and tourism, music, partnerships, personal injury and illness, product liability, professional negligence, property, shareholders, sports, and wills and probate disputes. Gregory has previously held executive director roles at the CIArb and CEDR, as well as consumer dispute resolution bodies and ombudsmen. He is also a prominent guest lecturer on mediation and arbitration, delivering lectures at several universities in the UK and USA, including Exeter and Yale. Furthermore, Gregory is a member of the Academic ADR Research Group, consisting of representatives from leading universities in the UK, which works on developing mediation and other ADR projects in the UK and abroad. Gregory is a Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council and is accredited as a mediator by both CIArb and CEDR. He is also an experienced trainer, having trained well over one hundred mediators from around the world to gain formally recognised qualifications, including CMC Accreditation as a Mediator.
