Personal bio
I am a trustee, and past President, of the Philippine Institute of Construction Arbitrators and Mediators. I am a President Emeritus, and past Chairman and President, of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators. I am also a trustee of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC). I am an accredited arbitrator of the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission, the PDRC, the Philippine International Centre for Conflict Resolution, the Philippines Wholesale Electricity Spot Market, and the Philippine Intellectual Property Office. I am also an accredited arbitrator of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Asian International Arbitration Centre, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board, among others.
