Personal bio
I have practiced as a solicitor in England and Hong Kong since 1991. During this period I have acted for clients in numerous international arbitrations concerned with shipping and international trade, joint ventures, fraud and other commercial disputes. I have sat as an arbitrator under HKIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL and MIAC (Mongolia) rules.
