Ibrahim Hussain is an award-winning world renowned Imam, Mediator, Arbitrator, Entrepreneur, and Author. He is the founder of Sulha Solutions, the world’s first Muslim Global Online Dispute Resolution Organization. He became the first global Faith Leader to be admitted as a member and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Ibrahim is a member and arbitrator at the Toronto Commercial Arbitration Society, and the ICC Canada Arbitration Committee. As a Faculty Member of the Canadian Collaborative for Engagement and Conflict Management he works with faith based organizations to deliver certificate courses for faith leaders in mediation and conflict management. Ibrahim has trained numerous faith leaders in mediation as he developed and delivered the first global training certificate course for faith leaders in mediation. He had the honor of delivering a historic presentation at the International ODR Forum at UCD’s Law Faculty in Dublin about the need to train faith leaders in ADR to build healthier global communities. He holds a degree in Islamic Theology from the United Kingdom, and is a graduate of the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. He serves as the Imam and director of Masjid Rahmatul-lil-Alameen ﷺ in Canada, and is also a trustee of The Holy and Noble Koran Society in the United Kingdom. Ibrahim has been actively engaged in spreading interfaith harmony globally during the last decade, and has delivered notable lectures at global interfaith conferences such as the Muslim Jewish Conference, and the Parliament of World Religions. His latest publication published by Sulha Press in Toronto serves as a modern succinct Muslim dispute resolution guide. Ibrahim is a Roster Mediator for the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program in Toronto at the Ministry of The Attorney General. His efforts in spreading peace and conciliation globally have been recognized in Canadian Parliament, and the international media.
