Ignatius is a dynamic, client focused and driven Project/Cost Manager with over 15 years’ experience of cost control and programme management within the construction industry. Successfully delivered complex contracts from tender and bid activities through mobilisation to full build status, construction and hand over. Strong negotiation skills and focus on cost savings and minimising waste. Client engagement and management of demanding and complex stakeholder requirements in private and corporate funded contracts. Effective management of 3rd Party Suppliers and sub-contractors to deliver solutions to high technical specifications. Ignatius is very comfortable controlling high-value construction programmes through project and transition tranches to preparing final accounts. Coordinating installation of services to tight timescales and budgets. Possessing a transformational and influential management style with a strong determination to succeed. Seeking a rewarding and challenging project, programme or cost management roles within a progressive organization in which he can add sustainable value and utilise his skills, knowledge and experience. To better understand and advise the industry on complications surrounding the construction contract Ignatius is currently studying for an LLM in construction law and arbitration from a reputable UK university.
