Personal bio
Elodie Dulac is a partner in King & Spalding’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s International Arbitration group. She has represented clients in commercial and investment arbitrations around the world, with a particular focus on Asia, where she has been based for 16 years. She has worked on international arbitrations under the rules of the ICC, ICSID, SCC, SIAC, and UNCITRAL. In addition to her work as counsel, Elodie has been appointed as an arbitrator in over 20 arbitrations (HKIAC, ICC, SIAC, AIAC, KIAC and ad hoc). She has particular expertise in energy, mining, joint venture/shareholder and investor-State disputes, as well as Asia-Africa disputes. Elodie has been named as a leading lawyer for international arbitration in Chambers Asia Pacific 2023, Legal500 2023, Legal500 Arbitration Powerlist - Southeast Asia 2022, Best Lawyers 2023, Who's Who Legal 2023 (Global Leader and Thought Leader) and Who's Who Legal Southeast Asia 2023. Elodie is a Singapore representative on the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR; a Member of the Executive Committee of the Asia-Pacific Forum for International Arbitration and a Founding Member and Member of the Executive Committee of the East Africa International Arbitration Conference. She is also a member of the Investment Arbitration Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association. Elodie is admitted to practice in England & Wales (Solicitor-Advocate), Paris, France and Cambodia (Foreign Lawyer). She is a Registered Foreign Lawyer at the Singapore International Commercial Court.
