I have participated in mediations, acting on behalf of one of the parties involved in the mediation. My role revolved around the provision of damages analysis for use in the proceedings. I have participated in arbitrations, representing one of the parties, presenting my findings on economic damages. I have been engaged as an expert witness, giving expert opinions on financial damages.
