Neil accepts instructions in the full array of construction and engineering disputes, with a specific focus on construction adjudication including the adjudication process, enforceability of adjudication decisions and acting in the TCC in enforcement. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Construction Adjudication), Neil builds on his previous experience since 2009 in Australia as an Adjudicator of building and construction disputes under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act framework.
