Personal bio
Dylan became a part of TFT's journey as a Quantity Surveyor to assist in developing and growing the Quantity Surveying division within their Manchester Office. He has achieved the MRICS and MCIARB status and has 6 years of experience. Whilst Dylan was undertaking his undergraduate course, he took the initiative to start his career early at Bruntwood as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor where he learnt the very basics and fundamentals about Quantity Surveying. Dylan's ambition, drive and university results lead him to become a successful candidate on RLB's Protege Graduate Scheme and he quickly developed and further enhanced his skills and knowledge allowing him to run small projects and explore Employer's Agent and Project Management roles. Dylan moved onto TFT in early 2021 and is currently working at TFT to facilitate growth in the Quantity Surveying Team within their Manchester Office and develop further as an Employer's Agent / Quantity Surveyor. Dylan has provided both pre-contract and post-contract services throughout his career across a broad range of sectors such as: - Commercial - Residential - Further Education - Health - Public & Civic - Sports Dylan likes to keep his mind stimulated and never stops learning. He is currently undertaking an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration at Robert Gordon University. He enjoys mentoring fellow APC candidates, placement students and apprentices and is a great advocate for persuading students to join the Construction Industry as Quantity Surveyors.
