Juvenalis Ngowi (FCIArb) is a highly accomplished arbitrator based in Tanzania, boasting an extensive legal career spanning over two decades. Since 2013, he has dedicated himself to the practice of arbitration and holds memberships in prestigious organizations such as the Tanzania Institute of Arbitration and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. As a seasoned arbitrator, Juvenalis has successfully navigated numerous intricate and high-value commercial disputes across both public and private sectors. His expertise covers a wide array of legal areas, including competition law, construction, mining disputes, mergers and acquisitions, land law, real property, banking and finance, and employment matters. Juvenalis possesses comprehensive knowledge and experience in the construction industry, having dealt with disputes arising from various causes of action. His expertise extends to matters such as contract variations, terminations, payment claims, contract breaches, sub-contracts, and construction site safety, encompassing a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved.
